Ivaraa Studio ("Ivaraa", "we") is a small motion-graphics studio. This page explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. Contact: founder@ivaraa.studio.
What we collect
- Contact form and email: your name, email address, product link and message, and anything else you choose to send us.
- Public information: publicly posted details about your company or product (for example a launch page or website) that we use to prepare a relevant demo or email.
- Technical data: our host (Cloudflare) processes standard request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the website. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
- To reply to you, understand your product and make a video demo for you.
- To run and improve our studio. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
- To publish our own content on our social accounts. Our social accounts post about our own work and, where we make a concept demo of someone's product, we label it clearly.
Tools that process data for us
We use email services (Gmail, Cloudflare Email Routing), website hosting (Cloudflare), and AI tools to help research, write and draft. These providers process data only to provide their service to us.
Social media integrations
We use scheduling software to publish posts to the Ivaraa Studio accounts on platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, Threads and YouTube. It only publishes content that we create, and only to Ivaraa's own accounts. It does not collect your personal data.
Retention and your choices
We keep messages for as long as needed to talk with you and to keep a record of our work. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop emailing you, at any time by writing to founder@ivaraa.studio. We act on opt-out requests immediately.
Security
We use reputable providers and limit access to what we need. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
